ESPN has chosen Shae Cornette to take over as host of "First Take," the morning show that features Stephen A. Smith. The network made the announcement in a release on Thursday. Hearst Corp., the parent company of CT Insider and Hearst Connecticut Media Group, has a 20 percent stake in ESPN.
