LONDON -- A man has been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder following a mass stabbing on a train in the U.K. Anthony Williams, 32, from the city of Peterborough in eastern England, was arrested on a train at Huntingdon station on Saturday night after multiple people were stabbed, the British Transport Police said.
