At the 36th World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts Conference yesterday our Assistant Chief Commissioner Miranda Cummings spoke in favour of a motion to recognise WAGGGS expertise in empowering girls and young women and to reinforce and support the importance of girls only environments.
